CAPTURED BY GRACE

Good  day!   Allow me to introduce myself.   My name is Judy and my story is all about my journey into God’s amazing grace.  I have walked with Jesus for nearly 60 years now, but only about half of those years understanding the Father’s heart for me.  Like many people, I grew up in church; was a good girl; and did my very best to make God happy.

If you went to Sunday School, you most likely remember a poster on the wall with the student’s names listed on it.   After each name were gold stars.   The gold stars represented the effort you put in to your experience in Sunday School.   You received a gold star for attendance, remembering to bring your Bible, memorizing a scripture verse, bringing an offering, and the best of all, bringing a friend with you.   It was a great incentive for success in Sunday School, but not for a relationship with God.

My life was all about gold stars until one day I had a God encounter that catapulted me into God’s arms.   Today my passion is to share what the Holy Spirit has taught me, since I knew it all.
